Once you have 75 active accounts, you will automatically become an Expert Partner. We will also contact you then.

What exactly counts as a "used account"?
Every account that is actually used to manage a real client is counted as an active account. Test and reserved accounts are not included in the count.
Will I be admitted automatically as soon as I reach the threshold?
Yes. As soon as you reach the respective account threshold, you will be admitted automatically. There is no need to apply separately, we will proactively get in touch with you.
What happens if I do not reach the threshold?
Nothing. You can continue to work with nextesy as usual. You just won't benefit from the additional partner advantages yet.
Can I lose the Advanced or Expert status again?
Yes. The status is directly linked to your number of active accounts: If you fall below 75 accounts as an Expert partner, you will be downgraded to Advanced. If you fall below 25 accounts as an Advanced partner, you will lose your partner status completely.
Does the upgrade cost anything?
To add a video to your site, click the "Insert" button and navigate to the "Media" section. Then, drag and drop a video component onto the Canvas.
