Co-Founder & CEO/CPO
Aleks is leveraging his deep understanding of finance, honed through a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and experience as CFO & DACH Business Controller and Finance Technology Transformation Officer at Nidec. As a Co-founder, strategic advisor, and domain expert in a previous Fintech startup, he bridges the gap between traditional finance and cutting-edge technology. By understanding the market needs, he is leading nextesy with a clear vision of the next-generation enterprise operating system.
Stefan
Co-Founder & CBDO
Stefan is a serial entrepreneur driven by a more than a decade-long vision of enhancing the business software industry with new technologies. His experience and expertise ranges across digitalization, financial accounting, financial management, business development and sales. At nextesy, he is leading business development operations aimed at growing the company and creating lasting value for all stakeholders.
Milan
Co-Founder & CAIO
Milan is passionate about harnessing the power of AI technology for the benefit of humanity. Using knowledge and expertise gained at the forefront of AI research during his MSc, PhD and Postdoc at the ETH Zurich, as well as finance experience from the HSG, he leads AI development at nextesy with an aim to revolutionize enterprise software.

Head of Operations
Mirjana brings extensive business experience and a wealth of knowledge from various industries, particularly in domains of strategy and operations. Her invaluable insights are enriching the efforts of nextesy in shaping the future of work through the enterprise system of the next-generation.
Dario
Co-Founder & President of the BoD
Dario is a serial entrepreneur and investor that founded and grew several successful companies, including an InsurTech unicorn Wefox. By bringing vast experience and executional expertise, he steers the strategy and operations at nextesy in many domains such as business development, fundraising, sales, and growth.

Prof. Dr. Stefan Feuerriegel
Prof. Dr. Stefan Feuerriegel heads the Institute of AI in Management as a full professor at the LMU Munich, and is a former head of the Chair of Management Information Systems at the ETH Zurich. As one of leading researchers in the field, he co-authored 150+ publications appearing in top outlets from general science, management and machine learning. In addition, his work is making a distinctive impact in practice through different entrepreneurial activities and research spin-offs.
James Halley
James is an investor and works as an international value adding CFO and is expert at leading M&A programmes, from initial identification stages, due diligence, integration, & transformations to optimize value & future-proof automation technology & industrial companies. His experience will benefit nextesy across the organization as the company embarks on its growth journey.
Dušica Lukač
Dušica H. Lukač is the managing partner at DL Capital Partners, focused on exits and M&A advisory in emerging technologies, across venture capital, private equity, family offices and angel investors groups. She works with agnostic tech portfolios, and specializes in FinTech and AI. With over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, restructuring, and tech startups, she has successfully executed multiple transactions, deals, and projects, delivering value and growth for both investors and entrepreneurs.
